Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of invoices, payments and transactions. Will also prepare accounts payable, invoices and purchase orders. As well as filing invoices, monitoring systems and keeping them up to date. Candidate will do data entry and job costing too.
Job Requirement/Special Skills: Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Detail-oriented, efficient and organized, professional and have experience in accounting systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed, and the ability to make decisions. Lastly, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
