Receptionist (Naperville)

Job Title:  Receptionist

Job Location:  Naperville, IL

Job Type:  Temp-to-Hire or Direct-Hire

Shift: Monday-Friday, the start time may change based on what the client needs, it will be either 8:30 a.m.-9 a.m.

Salary: $13.00-15.00/hour, depending on experience


  • To gain PTO, you must meet qualifications – you must work 80/120 days

Job Description: Candidate will perform a full range of administrative support duties for the dealership. You will direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel. See job duties below.

  • Received visitors and phone calls ensuring individuals are directed to the proper parties.
  • Distributes mail.
  • Provides administrative support to sales, parts and service departments.
  • May order office supplies.
  • Participates in WST safety program.
  • Completes training assigned by manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Additional duties for Credit Department:

  • Processes credit applications and trade references.
  • High volume phone calls to customers for follow-up and assisting customers that call the credit department.
  • Assists employees with approval and questions related to customer accounts.
  • Assist with mailing statements.
  • Applies cash.


  • Must have 1-3 years of clerical experience
  • General accounting knowledge
  • ShoreTel phone system knowledge is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
